Submission Procedure
Qualified contractors interested in the Project are requested to submit via email to tender@maambacoal.com or mail sealed Expression of Interest (EOI) with all adequate supporting documents as mentioned below before 14.00hrs on 2nd June 2023 at Maamba Collieries, Head Office, Corporate park, Plot No. 20849, Alick Nkhata Road, Mass Media Area, Lusaka.
a. Company registration document,
b. Tax Clearance certificate,
c. Reference list of current and past similar project done with supporting pictures, d. Last 3 years financial statement.
e. Copy of NCC Grade certificate. f. Resource list and
g. Any other documents to support your credentials.
