JOB DETAILS:

  Mac Staffing in conjunction with Pula Advisors is pleased to announce vacant positions for the role of Field Agents at Pula Advisors Zambia. Pula Advisors is a technology company working to provide insurance to millions of smallholder farmers across Africa. Pula has been working in Zambia for two years and has provided insurance to over 1,000,000 smallholder farmers across Africa.

Job Responsibilities:
Coordination
• Participate in trainings
• Regular communication with supervisor using phone and WhatsApp.
• Submit daily and weekly KPIs where requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Sensitize and onboard shops in assigned area and as directed by Regional Manager.
• Provide support to agro dealer staff in Pula app installation, communication with call center, and escalation of new challenges to Regional Manager.
• Conduct inventory stock counting with shopkeepers where and when requested by Call Center or supervisor.
Farmer Engagement
• When instructed, conduct specific activities with farmers in specific areas.
• Provide excellent and rapid customer service support to farmers and stakeholders
• Attend local events, trainings and presentations with supervisor pre-approval..

  Job Qualifications:
• Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate with good grades
• Those with Certificate in Accounting/ Marketing will have added advantage.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in marketing industry
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle disputes and meet customer needs
