Figma UX /UI Designer
The Opportunity
The Design Chapter at Pynch Technology has matured, and a requirement for a experienced UI Designer is needed to join the team. This is a great role for a sophisticated UI Designer. This role will be critical focusing on the Transformation Program.
We’re looking for someone with a strong UI skillset, an expert using Figma at the highest level. We’re talking plugins, libraries, components, symbols, automation. As an experienced designer, you’re able to work collaboratively with engineers to ensure designs are implemented as intended, ideally having 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience required
Reporting to the Experience and Design Chapter Lead this position will include the following duties:
• Produce developer documentation, export out all digital assets and run through briefing sessions with developer and engineer resources to ensure understanding of user experience, content design, motion design and details of design are communicated thoroughly
• Proven experience in translating research, testing & business goals into digital solutions
• Exceptional understanding of IA, usability and UX best practices.
• Exceptional understanding of digital content design and development techniques
• Experience working within Agile environments in cross functional teams
• Experience in design of iOS, Android, web applications, web sites or internal enterprise applications across mobile, tablet and desktop devices
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in design and prototyping tools for web and mobile, ideally Figma
• Experienced in design system governance and processes at scale
• Enterprise design experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
