Our Successful Food and Beverage Supervisors …
• Effectively manage the Food and Beverage outlets including preparation of operating equipment, staffing, opening times and solving any challenges that might arise
• Provide dependable and well considered requisitions of resources
• Accurately and efficiently provide staff rosters, conduct stock takes and produce relevant reports
• Build a competent and motivated team across all outlets through confident and caring leadership
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards

Qualifications & Experiences
• Full Grade twelve (12) Certificate or equivalent
• Must have at least a Diploma in Hospitality Management or its equivalent from a highly reputable institution of learning
• Must have a minimum of three (03) years of supervisory experience in a 4 or 5 stars Hotel
• Should be highly computer literate in Office Packages
