JOB DETAILS:
Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking to recruit a foreman in their organisation to run all operations in cast iron manufacturing.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting To: Managing Director
Supervision Of: Molders, Machine operators, Metal fabricators
Interacts With: Clients and Management

JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidate should have experience in induction furnace operation ,lining and sintering.
The Candidate shall coordinate with crane operator for charging and tapping for molten metal in induction furnace.
Maintain required chemical composition
To check the Ladle, Tundish Condition.
Suggest to match the sequence with every furnace for casting on the CCM and maintain the temperature during tapping time.
Manage the raw material for the furnace and suggest to melter for smooth running for Furnace Control.
Maintain the costing of raw materials.
Familiarity and understanding of machines and tools, raw materials and their processing, and equipment control and operation

Experience: 5 years plus
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: Metallurgy or related
Software: Job Related
Equipment: Heavy duty
Knowledge Of: Furnace control, metal mixing, chemical compositions
