The incumbent of this role will be responsible for:
• Effective Documenting Of Campaign Roll out according to Client Manager Brief
• Effective Recruitment, Training and Staffing of Promotional Staff and Supervision
• Effective Execution of Field Operational Processes
• Effective Staff Administration which includes Staff Payment and Tracking Attendance of Staff and Supervisors
• Effective Teamwork, Leadership and Self-Management
• Effective Management of Tools and Assets (including Uniform, GWP, POS)
• Assistance with 3rd Party Suppliers
• Campaign Outcome Reporting and Tracking
• Effective Knowledge Sharing

What are we looking for?To qualify for this role, you should have:
• 2-3 years’ experience in a systems / analytical environment preferably within FMCG
• Sound knowledge of full MS Office suite
• Completed relevant qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Effective administration, planning and organising
• Managing Process Skills
