The World Bank Group Invites Expression of Interest to pre-qualify General Contractors licensed in Zambia Firms that qualify will be invited to participate in an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for construction services and Interior Fit-out of the World Bank office in Lusaka, Zambia, the firm should have minimum annual revenue of US Dollars 2.0 million from construction services.

The scope of work is to fit out approximately 1,600 square meters of office space like partitioning works, floor and wall finishes, acoustic ceilings, fire/life safety, sprinkler and physical security systems, UPS/Stabilizer, Electrical, Audio/data communications. HVAC plumbing systems, safe clean water supply, sewage discharge system Furniture, office equipment installation coordination
