JOB DETAILS:
General Manager
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a beauty therapist with experience in all aspects of treatments. They would also need good Dermalogica experience and be content living in a Safari lodge in the bush.
Responsibilities
• Manage operations in the spa
• Head therapist
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
• Speaking with clients at the safari lodge to entice them to the spa for treatments
Qualifications
• Internationally recognised Beauty therapy degree or diploma
• Ideally has attended a week long Dermalogica training with Dermalogica and has certificates
• Dermalogica experience including advanced facials
• Experience selling Dermalogica products
• Skin expert
• Experience in facials, massages, reflexology, pedicures, manicures, waxing and tinting
• Must be happy living in the bush amongst wildlife
