Candidate Specification
1. Experience: Minimum 4 Years in a Construction Company
2. Education Level: Degree
3. Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering
4. Software: Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
5. Industry: Must have worked with a building contractor

The candidate must possess the following skills:
1. Methodical way of thinking
2. Excellent knowledge of construction
3. Excellent problem solving skills
4. Good financial and numeracy management skills
5. Excellent communication and negotiating skills
