Job Summary
The Graduate Talent Programme is a rotational and development experience that takes place over 18 months and is aimed at imparting and developing future skills as we bring possibilities to life for our successful candidates.
Developing Talent
Our Graduate Talent Programme aims to develop a unique skillset by offering graduates the chance to work alongside subject matter experts across multiple job rotations. This will allow candidates to develop both technical and leadership skills. By excelling in our Graduate Talent Programme, the successful candidate will be well placed to fulfil their career goals and have an opportunity to demonstrate their potential to be a future leader in our business.
What we are looking for in the graduates?
• Candidates must be 25 years and below
• Candidates must have a Bachelors degree
• Eligible candidates should have graduated in either 2020, 2021 or 2022 with a Distinction or Merit and must be in possession of a degree certificate (certified academic transcripts will also be accepted for candidates who have not been issued degree certificates yet)
• Prospective candidates must be Brave, Passionate and Ready to bring their possibility to life.
