Habitat for Humanity Zambia (HFHZ) is an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI), a worldwide non-profit, housing organization focused on ameliorating housing poverty through the provision of decent housing, security of tenure, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and other cross-cutting issues including livelihoods, gender, and climate resilience for families in need. The organization has been operating in Zambia since 1984.

HFHZ invites suppliers of goods and services to apply for Vendor registration for a period of 1 year from 1st July 2024 to 30th June 2025

LOT 01: Car hire services.

LOT 02: Consultancy and Research

LOT 03: Conferencing, Events catering and lodging.

LOT 04: Supply of Stationery and other Supplies

LOT 05: Supply of furniture /Equipment (tables, chairs, filling cabinets shelves etc.

LOT 06: Supply of ICT Electronics and Consumables/Other Office Equipment

LOT 07: Large format printing and branding (Billboards, Pop up banners, dairies, corporate wear etc.

LOT 08: Media Production (Filming, Photography, Production and Streaming)

LOT 09: Supply of Construction/ Building Materials/Fabrication Services/Construction Tools/Safety attire.

LOT 10: Drilling of Boreholes, Civil works, Hydrogeological services and Construction of Water Kiosks

LOT 11: Cleaning services, pest control and garbage collection

LOT 12: ICT maintenance (printers and computers)

LOT 13: General insurance and medical insurance

LOT 14: Motor vehicle fleet maintenance (garages)

LOT 15: Supply and maintenance of firefighting equipment e.g. fire extinguishers

LOT 16: Provision of travel and ticketing services

LOT17:  Maintenance of air conditioners

LOT 18: Security Services

LOT 19: Customs Clearance

LOT 20: Horticulture Services

LOT 21: General Trading

2. REQUIREMENTS

Interested suppliers and consultants/service providers shall provide the following documents.

Cover letter

Company profile with Valid or current location of the business office
Valid ZRA tax clearance certificate.
Valid ZPPA certificate

For LOT 10, Valid WARMA Engineers and Constructors registration, Valid EIZ registration, Valid WARMA Drillers License and Valid NCC category B or C

NAPSA or social security certificate
References of past and or current customers
Valid registration certificate from PACRA

NOTE:

Suppliers who meet the above minimum requirements shall be shortlisted for pre-qualification inspection to confirm eligibility. Successful suppliers shall be invited to bid for specific tenders. Please note that successful Vendor registration does not mean guarantee of business as all suppliers shall be subjected to the competitive process.
