JOB DETAILS:
HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION CLERK
LANCET LABORATORIES ZAMBIA
THE POSITIONS WILL BE BASED AT THE LUSAKA LABORATORY
POSITION IS PART-TIME .
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with administration of all employee files
• Assist with recruitment activities
• Assist with administration of all employee start up documents
• Assist with administration of all employee retirement requirements
• Assist with administrations of all employee medical insurance requirements
• Assist with monitoring all employee adherence to clock in/out procedures
• Assist with processing overtime claims
• Assist with managing employee leave requirements
• Perform any other duties as defined by Management

Key Competency Requirements:
• Relevant HR education and certification
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Must be computer literate
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Must have good telephone etiquette
• Must be customer oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment
• Attention to detail and Maintain Confidentiality
