Necor Zambia Limited is inviting suitably qualified and experienced persons to apply for the position of Head of Operations and Business Development – Micro-Finance. .

• Selling and looking for new business opportunities.
• Analyzing the credit-worthiness of potential loan customers.
• Managing delinquency and ensuring that loan portfolio at risk is below 5%.
