JOB DETAILS:
Reporting to Chief Financial Officer, s/he will perform the following responsibilities:
• Ensure the bank’s procurement and facilities management policy and procedures deliver the bank’s corporate goals in an efficient manner
• Ensure bank’s branches, assets and materials across all locations conform with brand standards and other standards as required
• Design and implement efficient travel and tour systems
• Ensure facility management in all locations conforms with standards
• Manage the procurement of assets and materials using the VfM methodology.
• Ensure provision of adequate and effective security services
• Manage the bank’s relationship with local authorities
• Put structures in place to ensure bank’s assets are safe and secure
• Design and implement strategies for fleet management
• Develop and implement strategies to deliver effective and efficient management of the bank’s physical assets such as land, properties and equipment.

Qualification and Skills:
• First degree in any discipline or equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience.
• Good customer service / Relationship management
• Strong negotiation skills
• People management
• Personnel / Welfare administration
