JOB DETAILS:
The office of the Dean of Student Affairs invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following position on two (02) years renewable contract.
Hostel Attendant (1 Position)
Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining student’s records, write reports on students accomodation and any other related duties.

Job Responsibilities:
• Participates in the prearation of departmental work plans.
• Prepare individual work plan
• Reports vacant bed spaces and defectsto property and infrustructure Issues mattresses and curtains to students who have been allocated rooms
• Safe guards hostels and or Universtiy property in the hostels.
• Collects student’s mails or notices and delivers the same to the destinated hostels
• Participates in the enforcement of general rules and regulations for students living on campus.
• Maintains an accurate record of delegates who are accomodated in the hostels.

Job Qualifications:
• Grade 12 certificate or its equivalent.
• Must be self motivated.
• Must have related work experience.
• Must be computer literate.

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
