Job Purpose
Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services under the supervision of Housekeeping Coordinator. The Housekeeping and Laundry Attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also be able to address guest requests and problems.
Should maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all housekeeping and laundry departmental policies/service and the hotel's procedures/standards. Additionally, maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.

Assists with other responsibilities and duties in the absence of other team members or other tasks assigned by the manager.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
a)Professional Qualification:
•Grade 12 certificate

b)Work Experience:
•Minimum of 1-year work experience in a similar position

c)Skill Specifications:
•Physical mobility and stamina required.
•Ability to follow instructions
•Detail-oriented
