JOB DETAILS:
ZYP HEADQUARTERS CHOMA, SOUTHERN PROVINCE

QUALIFICATION
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Working experience is an added advantage
• Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZHRIM
• Be able to handle the entire HR management cycle (Employee recruitment to separation)
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution of higher learning. A degree is an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and maintain employee contracts of employment and records.
• Coordinate the Training and Development function of the department
• Advise management on the interpretation of labor laws.
• Provide quality HR compliance and administrative support.
Prepare monthly payroll input to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Monitor and review the performance appraisal system, ensuring that appraisals are carried out in a timely manner.

NB: The internship is for 6 months and is UNPAID
