As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our team and oversee our human resource functions.

About the role:
As a Human Resource Manager at Biliam Works Limited, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. Your role will be instrumental in supporting our workforce, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and fostering a positive and engaging work culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resource practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement human resource strategies, policies, and procedures to align with the company’s goals and objectives.
2. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various human resource matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies to mitigate legal risks.
5. Manage and administer employee benefit and statutory programs.
6. Develop and conduct employee training programs to enhance skills and promote professional development.
7. Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, time and attendance, and leave management.
8. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve individual and team effectiveness.
9. Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture through various activities and programs.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resource management to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
11. Collaborate with management to establish workforce planning strategies, including succession planning and talent management.
12. Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
13. Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Member of the ZIHRM
3. Proven experience in human resource management roles, preferably in a similar industry.
4. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
5. Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
7. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
8. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
10. Strategic mindset with the ability to align human resource practices with business objectives.
