260 Brands is a proudly Zambian company a renowned manufacturer of nutritious maize and soya-based consumer food products. Our brands are popularly known as Golden Goodness Tasty Soya Pieces, Seba’s Instant Thobwa, Seba’s Chibwantu, Nutrameal and Emilio’s Snacks and recently launched Nutramilk (Soy Milk).
260 Brands Human Resources team is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. The Intern will be provided with meaningful and exciting tasks that will support our business initiatives and will have practical exposure to all levels of Human Resources functions
Responsibilities and Duties
• Maintain accurate and updated employee files in accordance with company policies and government regulations
• Update and maintain leave schedule
• Monitor biometrics clock in
• Assists in the development and improvement of company policies and procedures
• Compose competent employee communications regarding policy and procedural changes
• Reviews resumes in online database to recruit qualified individuals for specific open positions
• Maintains employment resumes, applications and applicant flow logs in line with company procedures
• Assists in recruitment activities and special tasks, as needed
• Files personnel documents
Knowledge and Skills
• Demonstrated ability working in a team environment
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong administration and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Uncompromising judgment towards confidentiality and business ethics
• Ability to work in FMCG environment
Required Qualifications
• Actively pursuing or Recently completed Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related degree
• 1-2 years work experience added advantage
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
