JOB DETAILS:
Roles and responsibilities：
1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires.
2. Create and manage job advertisements.
3. Manage employee records both online and offline.
4. Keep track of employee paperwork/records and help answer any questions.
5. Help create programmes for employee growth and development.
6. Ensure compliance with labour laws, rules, regulations and best practices.

Requirements:
1. Prior HR experience is an advantage.
2. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public 4. 3. Adminstration or a related field.
4. An understanding of labour laws, rules, regulations and best practices.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to showcase strategic thinking and tackle a problem from all angles.
7. Should be proficient in Microsoft tools/software.
8. Should be a quick learner who’s able to work in fast paced environments.
9. Must be a self starter who uses initiative to solve problems.
10. Must be a team player and builder.
11. Any relevant training courses or credentials in Human Resources are a plus.
