JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a versatile IT Specialist with a strong background in both IT development and systems management. If you have expertise in USSD systems, CRM solutions, IP connectivity, and software development, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
• USSD Development: Design, develop, and maintain USSD applications to support our mobile financial services.
• CRM Management: Implement, configure, and manage CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management.
IP Connectivity: Set up and manage IP connectivity for call center solutions, ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
• Software Development: Participate in the development and deployment of internal software applications to meet business needs.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve IT issues related to USSD, CRM, IP connectivity, and other systems to minimize downtime.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various IT systems within the organization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• System Maintenance: Ensure all IT systems are updated, secure, and functioning optimally.

Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: A degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT development and Programming.
• Proven experience in software development, with a strong background in backend development.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in USSD application development.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
• Expertise in IP connectivity, particularly for call center solutions.
• Experience with software development, particularly in backend technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
Additional Requirements:
• Familiarity with relevant IT standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
