Contract: Permanent

Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
• Responsible for all NB information technology strategic direction
• Oversight of vendor technology products and platforms
• Ensuring appropriate levels of information privacy and security oversight and controls
• Oversee internal and external day to day IT operations of the company
• Developing the IT governance model and a comprehensive on-going IT project management plan
• Guiding and providing leadership to the IT department
• Ensure the required levels of access controls, firewalls and back-up processes are in place.
• Management of all IT related costs to ensure costs are optimized and within budget.
• Ensure that an efficient and sustainable IT infrastructure is in place to support the business.
• Ensure that network infrastructure is optimized for maximum performance.
• Ensure user support service is in place and all user queries are resolved within a reasonable amount of time or set SLA.
• Manage IT Infrastructure and systems
• Develop and review department policies

The job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements;
• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or any related field.
• Relevant ICT professional certifications are required.
• At least 3 years working in a SAP environment at supervisory or management level.
• At least 5 years working experience in an ICT support and systems implementations environment with demonstrable duties and responsibilities.
• Working knowledge and hands-on experience of Microsoft products, IT network infrastructure (including SD WAN), telephony, and server hardware is required.
• Strong system management skills
• Good communication and project management skills.
