JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
To manage operations of business support systems used by Airtel Zambia (e.g.ERP, HR Systems. Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management, CRM, Billing, Business Intelligence, Distribution, etc.). To ensure that systems in scope are aligned with business requirements, appropriately integrated, supported and deliver the functional and performance required to achieve business goals

Core Responsibilities Are:
• Develop internal programs/applications from time to time to address urgent business needs.
• Maintain, operate,and enhance existing internal software applications.
• Ensure consistent flow, loading and processing of reporting files for accurate and timely business reporting.
• Manage the on-boarding process of new reports on Business Intelligence (BI) to ensure that accurate requirements are captured, accurate reports developed, validated and signoff by the business before publishing on the portal.
• Ensure accurate and timely Call Detail Record (CDR)rating and generation of Post-paid bills.
• Resolution of billing related queries in collaboration with the business to ensure Airtel adheres to Regulatory quality of service (QoS) guidelines.
• Formulate and enforce effective Standard Operational Procedures and practices that will ensure high service availability of critical Business systems and applications.
• Maintain a sound relationship with business functions to ensure satisfaction in the use of IT systems, manage expectations.
• Ensure 100% closure of Service Requests and Incidents within Turnaround Time as per Service Level Agreement.
• Monitor partner performance against the agree Service Level Agreements.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:
• University Degree in Computer Science or any other related disciplines.
• A Professional qualification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and/or SIX Sigma with a focus on ITwill be an added advantage.
Relevant Experience:
• A minimum of 4yearsexperience preferably within the Telecoms industry.
• Experience in databases, analytics and system integration.
• Experience in software programming
• Experience in managing diverse and complex platforms and environments.
• Experience managing technology partners.
