Job Description
• Position: Intern Quantity Surveyor
• Palmridge Construction Ltd is currently seeking to employ a highly motivated and skilled intern quantity surveyor to fill one vacant position.
Key Competencies & Qualifications
• Bachelor of science from a reputable institution
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Must be innovative and proactive
• Ability to work out costings, quotations, bill of quantities and tender documents.
• Ability to understand drawings and blueprints
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficiency in negotiation skills
• Keen attention to detail and exceptionally responsible
• Time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Job Experience: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months:
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
