JOB DETAILS:
The Role: You will provide support to the Programme Coordinator by assisting in the implementation, monitoring, and administration of ongoing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or student looking to gain hands-on experience in global health and international development.

• Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Project Support: Assist in the implementation of ongoing projects (e.g., Oncology, Health Technology Management, Nutrition, Volunteer projects). This includes helping with the coordination of activities and ensuring that project timelines are met. E.g., event coordination, travel for teams etc
• Administration: Support the Programme Coordinator in managing project work plans including document management and filing of key documents. This also includes document filing, taking meeting minutes, setting up meetings, follow- ups etc.
• Reporting and Communication: Assist in drafting project activity reports and case studies. Support the communications department by gathering materials (e.g., pictures, videos) from the field for use in communication efforts.
• Travel Arrangements: Assist in arranging travel for project-related fieldwork, ensuring THET travel procedures are followed.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Support the monitoring and evaluation of project activities by helping to implement MEL tools and gather data from the field.
• Representation and Coordination: Participate in meetings with project stakeholders and partners alongside the Programme Coordinator, taking notes and contributing where appropriate.
• Any Other Duty as Assigned: Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as needed to support the overall functioning of the team and the success of THET’s projects.

• Essential Requirements:
Qualifications and Knowledge:
A university degree or current enrolment in a degree program in social sciences, health sciences, international development, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional Experience:
Previous experience in an internship or volunteer role in an NGO or related sector is an advantage.
Interest in health-related programming and development work.
• Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work in a diverse environment.
A strong commitment to THET’s mission and values.
