MASTER'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND/OR MARKETING MINIMUM TO YEARS BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION/MARKETING EXPERIENCE
MINIMUM 5 YEARS ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
• Oversee the development and growth of the Marketing School at the Open Window University Zambia.
• Ensure the maintenance of strict quality content and delivery of the programmes.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of effective marketing campaigns, events and programmes for the Marketing School and its qualifications
• Serve as an ambassador for the Marketing School in Zambia and further afield.
• Liaise with the relevant institutions and corporations and industry bodies for the furtherment of the School and its reputation.
• Support the University's finance and budget-related work, including financial planning, budgeting, monitoring and reallocation of funds across work areas related to the School of Marketing.
• Assist in developing international strategies in guiding the School of Marketing to plan, budget ad track performance.
