INVITATION FOR BIDS

INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) NO. ZNBC/GDS/NIF-1456/7663/2021 FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (01NO) 4X4 DOUBLE CAB MOTOR VEHICLE TO ZAMBIA NATIONAL BROADCASTING CORPORATION

Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC) has funds in the 2021 budget for purchase of motor vehicles and it is therefore intended that part of such funds be applied towards the contract for the supply and delivery of one (01 No.) 4x4 double cab motor vehicle to ZNBC.

ZNBC now invites sealed bids via Open National Bidding method of procurement for the supply and delivery of one (01 No.) 4x4 double cab motor vehicle to ZNBC.

Bidding will be conducted through procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No 08 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011 and is therefore open to the National Public

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased from the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation, Alick Nkhata Avenue upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ZMK1,000.00 in cash or bank certified cheque.

Submission Procedure

The bid in sealed envelopes should be deposited in the tender box located at the reception on the ground floor of the ZNBC Mass Media Complex in Lusaka clearly marked "IFB NO. ZNBC/GDS/NIF-1456/7663/2021 FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (01 NO) 4X4 DOUBLE CAB MOTOR VEHICLE TO ZAMBIA NATIONAL BROADCASTING CORPORATION (ZNBC)" and addressed to the Head Procurement and Supplies Unit, Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation, Mass Media Complex, Alick Nkhata Avenue, PO Box 50015, Lusaka and must be received not later than Friday 14th May, 2021 at 10:30 hours local time.

HOWEVER, TELEGRAPHIC AND/OR ELECTRONIC BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The closing date for the receipt of bids is Friday 14th May, 2021, at 10:30 hours local time and will be opened in the Boardroom at the reception on the ground floor of the ZNBC Mass Media Complex in Lusaka on the same date at 10:30 hours in the presence of their representatives who will choose to attend. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED
