KMC/PSU/04/21 - Procurement of a Tractor and Trailer

Kabwe Municipal Council had budgeted for the procurement of a tractor and trailer in the 2021 budget, it is in this regard that Kabwe Municipal Council invites all eligible bidders to participate in the tender for the procurement of a tractor and trailer to be used for collection of waste.

Eligible bidders may inspect and obtain the tender documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMK500-00 or its equivalent in any convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate in cash or bank certified cheque. The bidding documents may be collected from the Procurement and Supplies Unit, Room 6 Civic Centre, Kabwe Municipal Council on Freedom Way, Kabwe.

Submission Procedure

Each bid, in sealed envelopes must deposited in the Tender Box at, Kabwe Municipal Council, Civic Centre Reception, Freedom Way, Kabwe, not later than 14:30 hours on or before 16 September, 2021 Bids will be opened soon after closing in the council chamber at Civic Centre, Freedom Way, Kabwe, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
