INVITATION FOR BIDS

Zambart is an independent Zambian research organization whose headquarters is at the University of Zambia’s Ridgeway Campus in Lusaka

Zambart’ s vision is to conduct quality interdisciplinary health research on issues of public health importance Zambia and contribute to improving health policy and practice leading to better health for all. The mission is to contribute to global public health policy and practice through the generation of an evidence based by conducting high-quality health research in Zambia.

Zambart is inviting bids for the sale of its Motor Vehicle detailed below:

The sale is being offered on “as is where is basis” and all Zambart Member of Staff and the wider public are eligible to bid.

Interested eligible bidders should submit,

1. An application letter expressing interest in the bid and clearly stating how much they are willing to offer.
2. The application letter should clearly Indicate the contact details – Phone and email
3. The successful bidder will be communicated to.
4. The successful bidder will be requested to make payment to the account details Zambart will provide, and the finance department will issue the bidder with the receipt/Invoice after submitting the proof of payment.
5. The successful bidder will make their own arrangements for collecting the vehicle and Zambart will issue them with the required documentations.

The bidders will be allowed to view the motor vehicle from Monday to Friday Between 08:30 to 16:30 excluding Weekends and Public Holidays. If they wish to make an appointment, they can kindly call 0211 254710

Bids for the Motor Vehicle sale should be in a sealed envelope, clearly marked – Bid for the Motor Vehicle Registration No. ALL9889 and be deposited in a Tender box at the Reception, Zambart Head Office, Ridgeway Campus Off Nationalist Road, Lusaka, P.O Box 50697 or email the letter of expression of interest to Leonard@zambart.org.zm
