Submission Procedure

All bids. in sealed envelopes and clearly marked "Tender for Engagement of Franchise companies or consortiums for collection, transportation and disposal of solid waste in three zones in Chibombo District (state zone") must be deposited in the Tender Box at the at Civic Centre on P. O Box 50, situated along Lackson Mapushi Road, Chibombo not later than Wednesday 16th August, 2023 at 10:00hours local time

The bids shall be opened immediately thereafter, at the main Entrance, in the Presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

NOTE: Bidders may bid for any number of zones but shall not be awarded more than 1 zone. Site visit shall be mandatory to be conducted on 17 July 2023 for zone 1& 2 and 18 July 2023 for zone-3 at 09:30 hours meeting point Katuba sub office.
