TENDER FOR SITTING, DRILLING, DEVELOPMENT, PUMP TESTING AND INSTALLATION OF 35 BOREHOLES WITH INDIA MARK II KAUMBWE CONSTITUENCY, PETAUKE DISTRICT
Petauke Town Council has received funds under the 2022 Constituency Development Fund (CDF) allocation for various infrastructure development projects in Kaumbwe Constituency. The Council intends to use part of these funds to cover eligible payments on the project for the Sitting. Drilling. Development. Pump Testing and Installation of 35 boreholes with India Mark II Handpumps in Kaumbwe Constituency, Petauke District. Eastern Province.

The Petauke Town Council is now inviting sealed bids from eligible contractors registered with WARMA, NCC in category C, Grade 6 with valid tax clearance. Interested bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the office of the Procurement Officer, Petauke Town Council. P.O. Box 560192. Petauke. HOWEVER, TELEGRAPHIC, TELEFAX OR E-MAIL OFFERS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Bidding documents and additional copies may be purchased by eligible firms from the office of the Procurement Officer, Petauke Town Council, P.O. Box 560192. Petauke, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW1000.00 in cash or bank certified cheque.
Successful Bidders will be selected under National Open Bidding.
Sealed bids must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Civic Centre. Petauke Town Council, Petauke on or before 2th February 2023 at 10:00 hours local time.
Submission Procedure
The closing date for the receipt of bids is 2th February, 2023 at 10:00 hours local time and any bids received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted. The bids will be opened in the Conference Room at Civic Centre, Petauke Town Council, Petauke District on the same date soon after closing in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
