The Government of the Republic of Zambia has set aside funds in the 2022 budget for the Rehabilitation and Maintenance of 1270 Boreholes in 10 Provinces of Zambia.

Submission procedure
Bids must be delivered to and placed in the tender box at the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation, P.O Box 50288, at the foyer of the 3 Floor, Mukuba House, Dedani Kimathi Avenue Lusaka, on or before Thursday, 19 May, 2022 at 10:30 hour's local time. Bids must be appropriately bound, sealed and labelled Lots 1 to 20 (Refer to Bid Data Sheet ITB 1.1 in the Solicitation Document). Bidders are required to submit one (1 No.) original and four (4 No.) copies of their bids for each Lot. Bids will be opened in the Conference Room at the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in form of a Bid Securing Declaration Form and it MUST be in the format provided in the Solicitation Document.
