Lima Investment Limited now invites applicants to submit for the Lease of the Premises. Application forms can be collected from the Finance & Administration office at Lima offices in Lusaka off Machinchi Road Garden area at a Non-refundable fee of ZMW 1,000.00. Applications and supporting documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked COMMERCIAL PREMISES FOR LEASE TO OPERATE A LODGE AND LAUNDRYAT LIMA GARDEN and must be deposited in a designated tender box Placed at the reception of the Lima offices on or before Thursday, 27 April 2023 at 14:00 Hours Local time.
Submission Procedure
Bids will be opened in the Finance & Administration's office at Lima immediately after the closure on 27 April, 2023 in the presence of the Bidder's representatives who choose to attend. A formal site visit view meeting will be conducted on Thursday 13 & Friday 14th April 2023.
