Position Overview: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who has a deep understanding of marketing principles and a proven track record in managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, an independent problem solver, and has a knack for creating and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Create engaging and innovative content for social media platforms and manage social media accounts.
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing UI/UX designs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
• Execute advertising campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing.
• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of pages managed.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and reporting.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus.
• Expertise in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
