JOB DETAILS:
Lab Technicians (Dairy)
Responsibilities
• Performing Lab related activity in given shift and informing all the deviation from QAM.
• Responsible for quality check during the processing and production.
• Handling testing of Milk and Milk products, Maintaining Lab equipment, Calibration and validation of instruments and process
• Release of semi-finished and finished products,
• Addition of cultures and flavors in-processing products
• Hygiene, HACCP, and FSMS and food industry experience is a must.

Qualifications
• Diploma in Laboratory Science and Technology/B.Sc (Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology) with 1-2 years’ experience in the field.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Associate Degree
