M31 is seeking highly experienced and independent consultants for a long-term agreement (LTA) in the following focus areas:

• Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)
• Education
• Health
• Agriculture
• Social Protection
• Climate Change
• Gender Equality

Key Responsibilities

As an LTA Senior consultant with M31 Research, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop and write high-quality proposals, contributing to the winning of new projects
• Lead and conduct comprehensive project evaluations in your area of expertise
• Develop high-quality strategic plans for our clients
• Collaboratively work with M31 Research teams, providing expert advice and insights
• Stay abreast of developments in your sector, ensuring the highest standards of consultancy services
• As an LTA holder, you will have the right of first refusal, receiving RFPs and TORs ahead of non-LTA consultants.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in your respective field.
• A master’s degree in a related discipline; a PhD is preferable.
• Demonstrated track record in writing successful proposals and securing project wins
• Must be an independent consultant, not engaged in full-time employment elsewhere
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities and deadlines

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to sign a long-term agreement with M31 Research
• Proficiency in mixed-methods research
• Ability to attend regular meetings with M31 Research personnel
