JOB DETAILS:

JOB PURPOSE:
To coordinate operations of Regulatory Services Centres (RSCS) and the development of single licensing systems in order to streamline business regulation and licensing. 2. PRINCIPAL

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Manages effectively the establishment of single licensing and regulatory clearance systems in order to streamline business registration and regulation.
• Manages effectively the development, review and monitoring of service standards in order to facilitate efficient business registration and effective performance of Regulatory Services Centres.
• Coordinates efficiently the administration of single licensing systems in order to reduce the number of business licenses and the cost of doing business.
• Undertakes periodically, monitoring and evaluation of the regulatory environment and implementation of business reform interventions in order to develop appropriate interventions
• Manages effectively human, financial and other resources in order to ensure the attainment of the objectives of the section.
• Manages effectively preparation of departmental and individual work plans in order to monitor and evaluate performance.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum education
• Full Form V/Grade Twelve Certificate
• Minimum vocational/professional qualifications
• Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum Relevant Pre-job experience
• A minimum of (4) years work experience.
• Communication skills:
• Able to write comprehensive and analytical reports. Able to communicate effectively in English.

DUTY STATION
• The Manager RSCs and Licencing Systems under Business and Regulatory Agency will be stationed in Lusaka.

DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT
• The position is on contract of (3) years with a possibility for renewal.
