Job Description
Our Client, in the Engineering and Construction industry, seeks a professional Marketer/Front Desk Officer. The ideal candidate should have experience in basic knowledge of engineering, printing, graphic designing and general construction.

Reporting To: Manager
Interacts With: Clients, Suppliers, Staff

Job description
• Develop strategies/ideas to increase the growth of the company
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Manage communication with Clients and Suppliers
• Keep track of customers orders, ensure that the right orders are delivered to clients and documentation is correctly done
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Manage and maintain all company social media advertisements
• Public relations
Candidate Specification
• Experience: 2 years plus
• Education Level: Diploma Level
• Qualifications: Marketing /Business Administration/Public Administration
• Software: MS Office
• Equipment: Work related
• Knowledge Of: Engineering drawings and software
• Skills To: Work on basic knowledge of engineering, printing, graphic designing and general construction
• Ability To: Represent the company, read engineering designs and software
• Other Requirements: Candidate with a valid Drivers License would be an added advantage
