CRESTED CRANE ACADEMY (CCA) is a private Co-education Boarding and Day school, from Nursery to Grade twelve. IN QUEST OF EXCELLENCE we are looking for a dynamic, motivated, enthusiastic and qualified person in the role of MARKETING AND ENROLMENT OFFICER.
JOB EXPECTATIONS
The Marketing and Enrolment Officer is responsible for the selling of the school to the public in order to boost its image and promote enrolment into the academy to achieve full capacity and expansion. The officer shall be expected to meet set targets for this purpose. .
Duties/Responsibilities
• To assist management in formulation of marketing policies and strategy and ensure that school policies are well explained and understood to potential clients.
• To promote the image of the institution through such channels as may be necessary to ensure the institution is known to all.
• To identify all potential clients and reach out to them making sure their unique interests are documented and presented to the marketing committee.
• To identify all weaknesses within the institution and external threats that are hindering progress in enrolment and advice on the possible solutions.
• To carry out regular surveys on potential clients and register potential client concerns that hinder enrolment into the academy and propose solutions to address them.
• To identify all competitors and seek to understand their marketing strategies and service offers that give them an edge with a view to improving the strategies adopted by the academy.
• To enrol students by arranging for assessment and subsequent admission of learners
• Follow up on all assessed learners who have passed assessment tests to ensure that they take up admissions
• Prepare regular reports on enrolment for management, weekly, monthly and annually as may be necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS/ATTRIBUTES
• Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing or Related Field.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Highly Motivated and Result Oriented
• Excellent Analytical and Reporting Skills
• Proficient in Computer applications with specific skills in Ms Excel and Word
• Minimum experience of Two years preferably in an Educational setting.
• Must have three (3) traceable references.
