Role Overview:
As a Mathematics Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality and comprehensive mathematics content for our digital learning platform.

Responsibilities:
• Create and review mathematics questions (guided by the Zambian syllabus), ensuring:
• Sufficient numbers of questions are created to meet the needs of the growing user base;
• Accuracy and completeness of individual questions;
• Balance of types (text, narrative, numerical, visual) of questions; and
• Balance of subjects and topics reflecting the priorities of the syllabus.
• Create and review correct and plausible incorrect answers to the questions created
• Conduct thorough research to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in mathematics education.
• Review and provide feedback on previous content created by other team members to ensure quality and consistency.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational products.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Zambian mathematics curriculum and educational standards.
• Proven experience in creating mathematics content for digital platforms, such as e-learning platforms or educational software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Proficiency in using technology tools and software related to content creation and editing.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
