JOB DETAILS:
Kool Trucking Limited is a private owned company, which is specialized in transportation of all kinds of goods.
The company is looking for persons to fill the position of heavy equipment mechanics.

Requirements
• Academic qualifications from recognized institutions of learning
• 5 years’ experience as an heavy equipment mechanic
• Curriculum Vitae
• Recommendation letters from previous employers (2)
• Experience in UK Trucks (Volvo, Daf, Foden etc).
• Certificate in heavy duty repairs a Diploma is an added advantage

Responsibilities
• Carrying out fleet services
• Conducting repairs
• Providing maintenance
• Preparing cost and time estimates for work done
• Performing test drives to check repairs
• Carrying out scheduled servicing and maintenance
• Updating vehicle service records
• Installing and fitting new vehicle accessories
• Purchasing required spare parts
• Maintaining a database of spare parts in the repair garage
• Service and inspect all vehicles and equipment at regular intervals
• All service and inspections should be properly documented and summarized
• Attend to break downs

Education Requirement: No Requirements
