Job description:
Ensure good operation practices.
Controlling waste dumps, ramps and road building, general road maintenance.
Ensure that material is moved according to plan and instructions.
Inspecting and maintaining dumps, ramps and haul roads as per set down standards.
Achieve daily targets of machine utilization for their area and ensure that crews are achieving productivity target for their area.
Identify and assist in implementing improvements to road construction and maintenance processes and techniques to optimise project objectives and targets and report on the outcomes.
Maximizing crew and employee performance and safety through training and matching of employee experience to daily equipment allocation and priorities
