JOB DETAILS:
Day to day management of 3 small hospitality business units in Mongu – Western Province. Ensure operating standards are maintained, training and development of staff, marketing the business and growing sales. Ensure all financial and operational controls are in place and ensure all reports and data are updated and shared according to agreed schedules.
