Location: Off Kasama Road, Chalala, Lusaka
Hopkas Inn Lodge and Apartments is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven professionals to join our growing team. If you are passionate about delivering excellent service in the hospitality industry, we invite you to apply for the following positions:

Available Positions
1. Front Office
As the face of our lodge, the Front Office team plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check-in/check-out guests promptly.
• Manage reservations and room assignments.
• Provide information about the lodge, local attractions, and services.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front-office operations.

2. Housekeeping
The Housekeeping team ensures that all rooms, apartments, and public areas are spotless, comfortable, and inviting for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, apartments, and shared spaces.
• Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and amenities.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the relevant department.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

3. Food & Beverage
The Food & Beverage team delivers exceptional dining experiences, combining great food and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and adhere to food safety standards.
• Assist in menu planning and food preparation when required.
• Address guest feedback to improve service quality.

4. Sales & Marketing
The Sales & Marketing team drives business growth by promoting the lodge’s services and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and travel agents.
• Promote the lodge through digital and traditional marketing platforms.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements for All Positions
• Educational Qualification: Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Professional Qualification: Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
• Skills and Attributes:
o Passion for delivering top-notch service in the hospitality industry.
o Strong communication and teamwork skills.
o Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
