Job Summary:
The Night Auditor is a crucial role within our Front Office team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. This position involves balancing accounts, preparing daily reports, and providing excellent customer service to guests checking in or requiring assistance during the night. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions.
• Prepare and balance reports for hotel operations.
• Provide excellent customer service during night shifts.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role (3+ years preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and hotel management systems (Opera is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work overnight shifts.
