Responsibility:
Responsible for Engineering Project Outsourcing management, responsible for Outsourcing resource pre-qualification, responsible for manage Engineering project subcontractors, support outsourcing telecom engineering project, support Project bidding, support on contract agreements, follow up the status of engineering projects and settlements, responsible for Outsourcing resource search, recurring new service providers and work on site with Engineering Project team.

Qualification Requirement: B.Sc. Degree in Electrical, IT, Management or any Engineering and Technology related fields.
Experience: 2-4 years’ relevant experience on project outsourcing or Telecom project engineering management or purchase management
Language: English

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
