JOB DETAILS:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Payroll Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, accounting, and tax compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:
• Processing and managing the payroll for our employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages and salaries.
• Reconciling payroll accounts, calculating payroll taxes and deductions, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and other statutory regulations.
• Maintaining accurate financial records related to payroll, including pay slips, and other related documents.
• Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll.
• Coordinating with HR and other departments to ensure accurate employee data and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Preparing and submitting various payroll reports to management and government statutory bodies as required

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and accounting
• Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with payroll processing software and excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
