JOB DETAILS:
The North Western Provincial Health Office under the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) Project through a Cooperative Agreement (CoAg) with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is seeking for eligible, self-motivated and qualified applicants for the position listed below at Provincial level

JOB TITLE: PHARMACY LEAD PROGRAM OFFICER (1 POSITION)

JOB PURPOSE : To supervise and coordinate the provision of HIV/TB pharmaceutical services and products in order to ensure effective delivery of Health Care.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinates effectively the management of pharmaceutical logistics in order to ensure availability.
• Coordinates effectively the implementation of pharmacovigilance in order to facilitate decision making.
• Undertakes effectively capacity building programs in order to impart knowledge and skills.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
• Primary/Secondary Education: Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least five o level credits or better
• Minimum Vocational/Professional Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience: 3 years relevant work experience
