JOB DETAILS:
Minimum Qualification
Phlebotomist / Registered Nurse

Minimum Experience
2-3 YEARS work experience in a busy phlebotomy or OPD department, preferably in a laboratory.

Location
Kitwe, Zambia

Job Requirements
– The Ability to perform Phlebotomy Procedures is Critical
– Accurate Record Keeping of patient details, specimens collected, and clinical information
– Stock management and ordering
– Patient care centered with sensitivity towards all patients
– Good interpersonal, communication skills and patient/customer care
– Customer and Query management experience
– Maintain confidentiality and ability to counsel and support patients
– Specific Disease condition related testing and knowledge advantageous
– General administration skills
– Professionalism and the ability to work under pressure, alone and as a team member
– Basic First Aid Sills
