Wärtsilä Africa Region East wishes to recruit a self-motivated and competent candidate for the position of Plant Helper at the Zambia – Ndola Power Plant.
Position Description:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will form part of the operations team. The candidate will perform a variety of tasks to ensure optimal and safe operation of equipment that produces and distributes power.

  Job Responsibilities:
– Perform basic supporting tasks (e.g. cleaning, moving and protecting components) in accordance with the instructions.
– Comply with all safety regulations (including isolation, lock out and tag out) and perform emergency procedures in order to protect personnel and equipment in case of damage or failure of safety devices
